1. Service description
Strevi is a streaming platform that allows you to watch influencer stories beyond the original 24-hour window. The displayed content is the responsibility of the creators and third parties; Strevi acts as a display intermediary.
2. Account registration
To use features that require identification, you must create an account with your name, email, and password. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities performed under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your registration up to date.
3. Plans and payment
The platform offers free and paid plans (premium/pro). Payment for paid plans is processed by third parties (payment gateway). Prices and renewal or cancellation conditions are described on the plans page and may be changed with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
4. Acceptable use and prohibitions
The following are prohibited:
- Using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of third-party rights;
- Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling content in violation of the law or these terms;
- Circumventing technical limitations (e.g., viewing quotas) in an unauthorized manner;
- Using bots, scripts, or automated means to access the service abusively;
- Sharing access credentials or allowing third parties to use your account in violation of the contracted plan.
5. Intellectual property
Story content (images, videos, text) belongs to the respective creators and originating platforms. Strevi does not claim ownership of such content. The Strevi brand and visual elements of the platform are the property of the responsible company (identified in the footer). Unauthorized use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Strevi is provided "as is", to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, nor for the availability or content of third parties. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the service.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms or for convenience, with or without prior notice, as permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes
We may modify these Terms of Use. Significant changes will be communicated by email or by notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Campo Grande/MS.
